Dr. Trei McMullen is a decorated U.S. Army veteran, global security expert, and mission-driven entrepreneur. He served ten years in the Army, including combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, followed by five years as a high-threat security contractor in some of the world’s most volatile regions.

He is the Founder and CEO of SYOTOS, a multi-division enterprise focused on security, technology, wellness, and workforce development. Each arm of the SYOTOS ecosystem—SYOTOS LLC, SYOTOS Technology, SYOTOS Health, and SYOTOS Edge—works to empower veterans, first responders, and vulnerable communities through innovation and impact.

Dr. McMullen holds a Doctorate in Global Security, with a published dissertation archived in the Library of Congress. He serves as Vice-Chair of the International Trade Council for the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and sits on multiple nonprofit boards, including the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, SAFE in the Panhandle, and the Gulf Coast Sexual Assault Board.

His work bridges the public and private sectors, advancing bold solutions in national security, digital safety, and social justice.
